My First U.S Trip

• Flight started late (2:00 PM)
• Gor Aisle seat but changed it by helping others

In flight there was a batch mate from sathyabama behind my seat and one of the account manager from IBM was near me.(This manager is from same account of DEVA.. now).. From NewYork to Austin pretty good American girl nearby.... I also met cricketer yousuf Pathan in the NY airport ...
In airport when standing for the immigration check met one girl who complained about idiotic I.T guys wanted to settle in U.S. and doesn't care about wife career or family.... (I said I will stay only for a month) she liked it...... She was also afraid as her visa going to expire soon ...She want me to stand for help if any problem comes (He he he ........ anyway I honestly said her this is the first time for me to U.S .. however she was fine)
After immigration , I checked in baggage again in American Airlines.. On the way I met her again and she said.. she is not sure where she kept the baggage.. Anyway I just left her alone and roamed to find free hotspot ...
Then bought the Phone card at the end..

• Reached Airport
• Reached Hotel
• Previously called Beemer fom NY airport by buying a telephone card
• Reached Night and haven't went for dinner out, as Airport eatables was sufficient  ( or I made sufficient)

22nd  -

•  went to office
• back at 5:30
• slept //took rest
• walked in road.. (I was 100% afraid
• Bought Eggs and Corn Chips from WholeFoods
• Bought Adapter from BestBuy
• Looks like I missed dinner :)

23rd :-

• Calls from Morning 5:30 eventhough I wake up at 4:00 Itself :)
• EGG... EGG.. EGG...:)
• Walked on road 100% confident :).. I walked as if I know everything now in U.S :)
• Went to Best Buy, and bought all IPAD accessories required :)
• Went to AT & T ought go phone nnumber .. tried SIM in MICROMAX.......... MY PHONE NOT DEtecting the settings here..
• Then went to TARGET.. searched for passport holder.., Doesnt help
• Bought Cashew and nuts for 10$ from TARGETS.. I donno why my Forex card didn't worked here... ??????
• Full round on road
• Went to panara .. ate only JUICE :(.. I ordered by mistake I thought it is COMBO :(
• Reached Hotel..
• IPAD is now screen protected..and Pouch is added :) but I cannot Switch on for 12/24 hours  as per screen guard instruction :(
• NUTS NUTS.. includes Cashew/BADAM :)/.. too much cholestrol
• EGG.. EGG...... :) .. too much cholestrol..
• WHAT'S next?

My First U.S Pre Trip Details...

(Just hints now.. and detailed blog later)

Starts with the Visa Process:-

• Got B1 Visa for only One year . This is not the normal case,reason could be
• My Passport expires by 2014
• Joined ABCO from IBM  less than a Year.
• Nothing was informed in the VIsa interview as well.. However, I am satisifed because I aimed the Visa only for this first Trip.

Preparation :-

• Nothing was planned until I received my Ticket.
• Once I received my ticket hardly had 3 days to pack for U.S

17 June Sunday

• Bought Suitcase and shoulder bag

18 June Monday

• Purchase for my Marriage after Work

19 June Tuesday

• Dress purchase for U.S Trip and then went to work by 2:00 PM (ontime)

20th June Wednesday

• Shopping in chennai for Bru Instant and also some minor items
• Completed Packing in Morning
• Visited Sports shop on way to Office (haven't bought any)
• GOT IPAD from Office .
• Started from Office by 5:30 PM ONLY
• Went Home, Fully Hurry .......
• Office Facility wrongly booked cab for 21st .. resolved after calls...
• some packing changes
• visited temple after shaving and also bath.. just spoke with Financee for some minute
• Started from Home
• Reached Airport exactly @ 10:15 ( thought I was late and tensed.. so haven't talked with Fiancee/anyone in airport)
• Cleared checkin and talked to fiancee???? ... NO my Niece.. She was fully giving advice to me as if she is a U.S citizen :)
• After successfull immigration and security check boarded flight...
