VS Online Services - VBuy.in :- I am more thankful to ....



When I Ideated  VBuy.in, the first one to inform from friends circle is Jayachandran Thirumalai​. He cares for me personally and the growth, time, budget, Risk everything. He is first to show a green signal :). Knowing me Bivin Jacob​ called and expressed initial support, continuing and will continue to support VBuy.in at various stages..Also happy that Many employees, management team from @Ducen showed their support for me. Vijay Bhaskar Subramanian​, the first one to like my company and product from initial days. He was happy for me and even guided me to to MBA from symbiosis earlier. Mohammed Zakkiria A​, Jaffer Sathick​ are some of them following up on Vbuy.in from initial days. Boosting my confidence. Many from ABCO Advisory Services India Private Limited​ supported me on starting up http://www.vbuy.in  

Rajalakshmi Maharajan and Ashish Peshwe, extended their support, they keep on monitoring. Ashish was even ready to work for me without anything and he even introduced his brother for Android (but i didnt get time for lot of stuff). He is ready to help in anyway. @Raji, and her family is happy for me. Lot more people from IBM is very happy and showed their support.

My first team for starting up a service based company in 2005 - Abdul Renish​, Anupama Roy​, Bi Nu​, Vipin Das​, Jofi Daniel​ was rightly guided by NeST  Project Performance & Information Systems Head Brajesh C. Kaimal that its not the right time to start.  Still some of them from this team want to support me but not getting time. But, showing their support

Second Me and Calvin Charles​ want to start a product based company in 2008- "StyleCord technologies" ended in disaster due to my personal commitment for me and a very severe personal issues for my childhood friend and a very best technical guy Calvin Charles.  We spent lot of time in WPF and Silverlight. We event went on trying to implement Red Black Binary tree in 2008

Last but not the least My Mom - Padma and Dad - Anirudhan Nair, who want me to try something new being in software industry for sometime now and No question raised from my Wife's family, is another major reason for the beta release. It's definitely not that easy to support their Son-in-law for such a great risk. kudos to Ariya Sivakumar.  My Dad @Anirudhan Nair follows up Daily on the progress. A Scrum call. Definitely VBuy.in is not a family owned business or we don't want it in that way. But, without my family support and follow ups, Its not possible for me to work determined.  

I may go for any accelerator or even incubation programs. But I always proud to say that I have been incubated by My Dad from my SSLC/10th holidays. I walked everyday in the Ngl town for getting parcel for our logistics firm. and Syncfusion, Inc.​  (@Daniel Jebaraj and @Praveen Ramesh ) followed by Sryas software Pvt Ltd. (Ducen), CEO Vish Ramesh.  To mention @Beemer (Bernard.M.Wong) , Krishna Kishore Bhavaraju​ and Harry Gaura​ for respecting my decision on quitting my job and starting up on my own.

VBuy.in BETA Release Announcement - Mail



I take this great opportunity in thanking our VS Online Services Private Limited Team for making efforts to make our http://www.vbuy.in BETA release in to reality. We faced lot of hurdles after our initial Alpha launch on January. One our first employees, who was trained on data processing got opportunity in IBM support team, and another had family problem in home town, along with his CTS offer. All this happened in first week of February and we were left with no option, but to train new people from first.

Also our widely reached Alpha release news (almost in most of the shopping/startup related facebook groups), invited very well funded similar(not same) business model in only one of the category from Mumbai to launch in Chennai during first week of February, They were getting some benefit due to our marketing effort in that category alone smile emoticon

Our initial Marketing outsourced to more than 8 years experienced guy during January on onboarding retailers delayed and literally, we cancelled the outsourcing and our-self taking over the marketing, which was initially planned after March.
Then, February was all about boarding new team, new strategy and slowly Ariya Sivakumar got in to the management team and started managing the Data Processing and Support Team. Handing 1 year old kid and working for our own startup, there have been lot of initial struggle, and still some more.. Without Ariya Sivakumar there is no VBuy.in. She choose the company name, product name, and 2 Captions "Online Shopping Mall of Trusted local retailers" and wait for another one.. It's a secret for now

Our VBuy.in Krisna Kanth is the face of our first few retailers. Yes getting first few retailers onboarding in to VBuy.in platform is not so easy and he did it with Passion. We have more members in the team.

He even ensured that our Concept reaches SSN Managment smile emoticon. He is the Face of VBuy.in among many of the retailer in Chennai. Many calls him with most respect, when he goes to their shop. Some retailers will only take his calls smile emoticon .

There are some more people to be credited for DataEntry, Adding our front page image (through our employee), Android team. But, We have just started and subsequent release will involve them... VBuy.inVS Online Services Private Limited  .
